you see in england it’s not about winning

there’s a sort of terminal between timelines, and two time-travellers’ paths cross- both of whom repeat and redo and trap themselves in a hell of their own choosing in order to bring happiness to their beloved.

From my (second-hand) experience, Homestuck seems kind of like coffee
You get to a certain point in life and you suddenly realize that everyone around you is drinking it. All the time. They use all these strange words like mocha and macchiato and double-shot and you’re not really sure what any of those words mean but they sure seem to. Then finally you decide, well, since everyone is doing it and since it can’t hurt me I guess I’ll give it a try. And at first you hate it, it’s bitter, it tastes weird, it’s not what you were expecting — you just really don’t understand why everyone is going around with their iced decaf lattes all the time if this is what it tastes like. But since everyone is doing it you decide to keep going, and maybe you have a cup of coffee a week, or a few times a week, and then, slowly, after a while, you realize that you’ve come to one of two points: you’ve realized that you’ve trained yourself to actually really like the taste of coffee and you enjoy and look forward to drinking it, or, alternatively, you become so impossibly addicted to the caffeine that you can’t possibly even be expected to wake up in the morning without and you don’t even care what it tastes like you just need it
Homestuck also reminds me of coffee because
I don’t like coffee
